A 2-hour experiential workshop LIVE ONLINE (YACEP available)
In a world that pulls us in so many directions, it’s easy to lose touch with our inner clarity and limits. This workshop offers a practical, embodied space to explore what healthy boundaries and real balance look and feel like — in your body, mind, relationships, and everyday life.
Drawing upon: Integral Yoga, Somatic Experiencing®, Eastern Wisdom & Western Psychology
What To Expect:
Explore the felt sense of boundaries & balance through body-based awareness
Learn to identify and shift patterns like toxic empathy and overextension
Develop tools to honour your needs while staying connected to others
Bridge Eastern wisdom and Western therapeutic models for new insight
Connect with others in a grounded, supportive, and non-judgmental environment
