Winter Weekend Yoga Retreat

The winter months are just around the corner.
Cooler temperatures and shorter days invite us into hibernation— both physically and psychologically.

Over this 2night-3day weekend retreat we explore yogic and holistic tools that can sustain us during the darker & colder months: the Sun Salutation, dynamic pranayama, and simple dietary tricks to keep the body warm, moving and resilient, while mantra, meditation and constructive habits to keep the lights “on” in our minds and hearts.

Together we’ll explore time on the mat, time on the cushion, time in Nature and time for ourselves...moving, breathing, minding, walking, and talking our way with ease towards a more balanced and healthy self.

This weekend retreat includes:

  • daily asana & pranayama practice

  • daily meditation

  • discussion time & creating a winter-supportive practice both on & off the mat

  • delicious vegetarian meals

  • personal time for reflection, rest, walks etc...

  • short, easy hike (2hrs) on the way back to KTM (optional)

  • good company!

Level: all welcome!
